Dr. Gabel received his doctoral education at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1989. He then completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Minnesota. In 1996, he attended the University of Detroit Mercy where he earned his Certificate of Endodontics and Masters of Science.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington Dental Association, and King County Dental Society. He is a specialist member of the Washington State Association of Endodontics, and American Association of Endodontics.
